Distance Sales and Terms of Use

This agreement is established electronically between Avosist and the user.

The service offered by Avosist is a subscription-based digital software service. The user accepts monthly billing within the scope of the selected package.
The subscription automatically renews every month unless cancelled by the user, and the fee is automatically charged to the card approved by the user during payment.
The user can cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
Avosist does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; however, it commits to making reasonable efforts. Avosist cannot be held responsible for temporary service interruptions due to technical malfunctions, maintenance works, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers.
Avosist is not responsible for the message content transmitted by the user, the commercial relationships between the customer and the user, and the legal consequences of such content.
