Delivery and Refund Policy
The services offered by Avosist are in the nature of digital content and software services. No physical product delivery is made.
Digital access is provided to the user after the service purchase is completed. The provision of the service is deemed to have taken place with the opening of the users panel access.
⚠️ The user may request cancellation within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase, provided that they have not used the service.
If the user starts using the service actively, sends messages through the system, or accesses the panel, the performance of the service is deemed to have started and no refund will be made.
This regulation is applied in accordance with the provisions regarding digital services of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer.
