Avosist MCP server
Connect your Avosist account to ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini: ask about your reports, conversations, orders and appointments, and correct your assistant's knowledge base in plain words.
https://www.avosist.ai/mcp
What you can do
- "How many people wrote today, and on which channel?"
- "How many orders and appointments did we get this week?"
- "What did we answer people who asked for our address yesterday?"
- "Change the delivery time to 2-3 business days."
Connecting
You need an Avosist account on a plan with the knowledge base. In ChatGPT and Claude you never enter a password or key: Avosist's own sign-in and approval screen opens when you connect.

Credits and limits
- Reading tools use no credits.
- A knowledge base update uses 10 and a test reply 10 Avosist credits.
- At most 30 updates an hour, 25 test replies a day and 60 tool calls a minute.
Security and data
- Connections use OAuth 2.1 with PKCE; the app never receives your password. Access tokens expire in an hour, refresh tokens in 60 days.
- The app sees only your own account's data, never another account's.
- Conversation, order and appointment details that are read go to the servers of the app you connected (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to answer your question.
- Text written by your customers is passed to the app as data, never as instructions.
- You can end connections and keys at any time on the MCP page of the panel; changing your password ends them all.

Troubleshooting
- If the app does not use Avosist, make sure Avosist is selected in the chat (the + menu in ChatGPT, the tools menu in Claude).
- If you see "not enough credits", top up credits in the panel.
- "Not included in your plan" means your plan does not include the knowledge base or that page.
