This Delivery and Refund Policy document regulates the delivery method, refund and right of withdrawal conditions for digital services provided by Avosist Yapay Zeka ve Bilişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi ("Avosist", "we", "our").
1. Nature of Service
All services provided by Avosist are in the nature of digital content and software service (SaaS — Software as a Service). Services provided through our platform include:
- AI-powered customer communication assistants (WhatsApp, Instagram, Web Chat)
- Knowledge Base and document analysis infrastructure
- Appointment and sales management tools
- E-commerce integration services (Ticimax, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Shopify, etc.)
- Voice assistant and call management
- Dashboard, reporting and analytics tools
No physical product delivery is made. All services are provided digitally.
2. Digital Delivery
Service delivery occurs instantly and automatically upon successful completion of the payment transaction. The service is deemed delivered when the following conditions are met:
- The user can successfully log into the Avosist dashboard
- Features of the selected subscription package are activated
- Access to Knowledge Base, Messaging and Integration modules is provided
Delivery time: Instant (0 minutes) from payment confirmation. In case of technical issues, access is provided within 24 hours at the latest.
3. Right of Withdrawal
✅ 7-Day Right of Withdrawal
The user may exercise their right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason, provided that they have not actively used the service.
Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
If any of the following occurs, the performance of the service is deemed to have started and the right of withdrawal cannot be used:
- The user performing any operation via the dashboard (uploading files, connecting accounts, sending messages, etc.)
- Connecting a WhatsApp or Instagram account to the platform
- Uploading data to the Knowledge Base or initiating a website scan
- Sending messages to customers via the AI assistant
- Creating appointments or orders
⚠️ Important: In accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (Article 53/ç) and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Article 15/ğ), the right of withdrawal cannot be used after the performance of digital content services has begun.
4. Refund Conditions and Process
Eligible Refund Cases
- Users who have not used the service at all within 7 days
- Service could not be provided due to technical reasons (Avosist-originated)
- Duplicate charges caused by the payment system
Refund Process

Required Information for Refund Applications
- Username and registered email address
- Date of purchase and payment receipt (bank statement/invoice)
- Reason for the refund request
5. Subscription Cancellation
The user can cancel their active subscription at any time with a single click from the dashboard. Cancellation:
- Takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- The service can continue to be used until the end of the period
- No partial refund is given for unused time
- Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted
6. Price Changes
Avosist reserves the right to change subscription package prices. Price changes:
- Do not affect the active period of existing subscribers
- Take effect from the next renewal period
- Are communicated at least 15 days in advance via email and dashboard
